The TEC Configuration Software is the powerful software for configuration, monitoring, auto-tuning etc. of Meerstetter TEC Controllers. With a flowchart like user interface for easy and understandable configuration of the Meerstetter TEC Controller. Tooltips show additional information about each parameter directly in the application. And every parameter of a TEC Controller can be seen in the graphs.

This software also offers additional software features that make the use of your TEC Controller even more versatile. For example, the TEC Configuration Software allows a bipolar channel to be configured as two unipolar channels (heating or cooling only).

Detailed Description

The TEC Configuration Software is available free of charge. It is a powerful Windows based tool to which Meerstetter TEC Controllers can be connected via USB (FTDI) and Ethernet.

  • Split-up each bidirectional channels into two unipolar heating or cooling only channel
  • Monitoring of operating parameters like temperature, current or voltage
  • Charting: Diagram for object temperature, current, PID control variables and everything more in high temporal resolution
  • Logging / export of operation parameters to an Excel file
  • PID auto tuning: convenient way to find the optimal PID parameters for the thermal model
  • Lookup table / scripting for temperature profiles in stand alone operation of TEC Controller
  • Error management and analysis, safety limitations, etc.

This Configuration Software is ideal for laboratory setups, product evaluation and commissioning. In conjunction with the comprehensive set of error codes and built-in descriptions, it facilitates diagnosis and debugging.
