We hereby inform you that we have made a hardware update to our TEC Controller TEC-1167 (2x ±25 A / ±56 V).
Once the stock of the current hardware version 1.20 has been depleted, the new hardware version 1.30 will be delivered as standard from around March 2026.
The most important improvement:
The powerstage inductors were changed to increase mechanical robustness of the device. The electrical characteristics are not affected.
The new hardware version is 100% software compatible with the previous version of the TEC-1167 and serves as a 1:1 replacement for older versions. We expect that you will not notice any difference compared to the current hardware version.
