Shipping and availability during the holidays
To help you plan your orders, please note the following dates:
- Last shipment of the year: 12th December 2025
- Shipping resumes on: 12th January 2026
- Company holidays: 24th December 2025 until 5th January 2026

Introduction of the new ERP system
As already announced, we will finalize the introduction of our new ERP system during the holiday break. This is an important step forward in improving our internal processes for your benefit.
The extended delivery interruption mentioned above is directly linked to this final step. However, we are fully on schedule and are working closely with our experienced partners to ensure a smooth transition.
Despite careful planning, minor delays may still occur. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Our Christmas Giving
As in previous years, we are forgoing physical gifts in favor of supporting organizations that make a difference:
- Salvation Army: Support for people facing challenging situations
- Theodora Foundation: Bringing joy to children in hospitals through the Dream Doctors
- FC Rubigen: Encouraging regional youth football through movement and team spirit
- SAC Section Grosshoechstetten: Supporting the protection of Switzerland’s mountain landscapes.
