Due to the ever evolving and difficult to predict delivery situation that the world is currently facing, it gets increasingly more challenging to guarantee that goods will arrive on time of the delivery dates that we tell you in your order confirmations.
While we always try our best to factor in enough margin and ship your orders as soon as possible to try and get them delivered on time, we cannot predict unforeseen circumstances that appear while the shipment is underway.
In order to provide reliable information for our customers and to avoid confusion, we have decided to change the moment of contract fulfillment from from delivery date to shipping date. The shipping date indicates the date at which the goods will be shipped by us. As soon as the goods are shipped, you will still receive a delivery note with a tracking number with which you can track the parcel.
This change will take effect immediately as of December 1st, 2021.
